Controller and scope
AGROVILLEGAS, S.L. is the controller for the processing described here. This policy covers business enquiries, applications once the channel is enabled, and technical data associated with the site. The GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD apply.
Purposes, data and legal bases
To answer an enquiry and explore a business relationship, we process the identification and contact details you provide, your company and the content of your message. Depending on the case, the basis is requested pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or a legitimate interest in relevant business communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and LOPDGDD Art. 19).
Making an enquiry or sending an application does not subscribe you to advertising. This version has no newsletter or automated decisions about individuals.
Speculative applications
The channel is awaiting activation. Once enabled, we will process your name, email, area of interest, experience, introduction and optional CV to assess your profile and contact you about future opportunities. The basis is your consent through an unticked checkbox (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to assess and answer the application. The CV is optional. Avoid identity document numbers, bank details, health information or unnecessary third-party personal data.
Retention
Once the channel is enabled, applications will be kept for a maximum of 12 months from receipt or until consent is withdrawn, if earlier. They will then be deleted from operational systems and email, subject to legally required restricted retention. Business enquiries are kept while being handled or while a justified relationship exists, then for applicable legal periods.
Recipients and providers
Authorised staff and necessary providers will have access. The intended deployment uses Netlify for hosting and forms, and Microsoft for the Hotmail mailbox. Legally required disclosures may occur. Providers must be subject to the appropriate agreements and safeguards.
These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Before applications are enabled, the contracted entities, subprocessors, CV protection measures and applicable transfer safeguards under GDPR Articles 44 onwards must be confirmed. This operational configuration remains pending; exclusive European storage is not claimed.
Map, links and social media
Google Maps loads only after acceptance; Google may then receive your IP and technical data and use cookies. WhatsApp and external or social links open only when clicked. Each provider has its own terms. See also the cookie and social media policies.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by emailing agrovillegas.sl@hotmail.com or writing to the registered office. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Additional identification will be requested only when necessary.
We will normally reply within one month, subject to justified extensions under the GDPR. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.
Security and updates
Access controls, file protection and deletion procedures will be completed before the channel goes live. Submissions will include the version of this information and the consent wording. Any new purpose or service will require this policy to be reviewed.
